The Standards in Recruitment accreditation is achieved by successfully completing a three part evidence based legal and onsite audit.
This establishes that the standards of excellence set by SiR have been met and a certificate of compliance is issued on completion. The accredited organisation is then entitled to use the distinctive SiR logo.
