As an independent means of demonstrating quality, the objective is to provide our customers with a flag to fly, a flag that accredited businesses can not only be proud of but one that helps candidates and hirers to identify a business it can rely upon.

With no equivalent international or UK standard available specifically for recruitment businesses and no independent independent organisation specialising in recruitment set up to provide accreditation, SiR offers a unique way to establish your credentials.
