Recruitment Accreditation

The Standards in Recruitment accreditation is achieved by successfully completing a three part evidence based legal and onsite audit.
This establishes that the standards of excellence set by SiR have been met and a certificate of compliance is issued on completion. The accredited organisation is then entitled to use the distinctive SiR logo.

  • Accreditation continues for two years, and is subject to a self-certification audit after one year to confirm consistency in compliance
  • The one year self-certification and two year accreditation cycle drives reliability and builds confidence
  • Accreditation helps recruitment agencies continuously improve and provides ongoing quality assurance to their customers
